Associated Student Body Elections – 2014 Candidate Forums
I moderated several candidate forums for the Executive 2014 Mountlake Terrace High School Executive ASB elections. We developed rules and guidelines for the forum, and generated topics for the candidates to debate.

I interviewed a 2014 graduate as part of our senior profile section. Born a congenital amputee, Kayla Wheeler is a remarkable Paralympic swimmer and a true inspiration. The story that accompanied my video interview with Wheeler received an Honorable Mention for the 2014 NSPA Multimedia Feature Story of the Year.
Class of 2014 Map – Data Visualization
I collaborated with the Newton Street Study Group to produce data visualizations, using the program Tableau, representing the destinations for the members of the 2014 graduating class. This story shows my ability to use new technologies to find innovative ways to tell stories through data.
