Mountlake Terrace High School Graduation – June 2014
It was a battle between rain and sun at MTHS Graduation 2014 on June 12. Graduates were soaked by the end of the ceremony, but still they stuck around to celebrate with friends and family afterward. These photos represent some of my best photojournalism work. I felt that my photos captured fantastic human emotion and portrayed many angles of the event.
“NOW Show” – October 2014
The “NOW Show” uses a talk show format to introduce incoming freshmen to the people and culture of Mountlake Terrace High School. These photos required an understanding of lighting and camera operation in order to make faces pop without being over-lit in the dark theater.

These photos demonstrate the wide variety of photo assignments I have completed. From community event photography, to sports photography, to feature photography, I have had the opportunity to shoot many kinds of events.
